Lima Gnagne oversees the global strategies and operations for Varian to drive sustainable financial growth and ensure that our innovations in cancer care diagnostic and treatment solutions reach more patients worldwide.
Lima has been with Siemens Healthineers since 2013, most recently serving as EVP and Business Line CFO for Diagnostic Molecular Imaging (U.S.). She has also held leadership roles as Senior Vice President of Finance (Germany) and Head of Finance for the Asia Pacific Region (Singapore). Since 2024, she has served as Chair of the Siemens Healthineers Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council, further advancing our commitment to an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Lima brings extensive experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving financial performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University.
