Varian Finland on merkittävä ohjelmistoalan toimija Suomessa. Suurin osa henkilöstöstä työskentelee sädehoito-ohjelmiston, syöpähoidon hallinnan sekä pilvipalveluiden kehittäjinä asiantuntijatehtävissä, jotka vaativat laajaa ohjelmointiosaamista, sovellettua matematiikkaa sekä fysiikkaa. Tänä päivänä Varian Finland työllistää noin 300 henkilöä ja tämä joukko edustaa yli 20 eri kansallisuutta.
